the big question for bodybuilders of "How much weight" do I add each workout. There is some much none sense put out in the magazines which all say the same thing " train to exhausion" which we all know scientifically is just not true. As bodybuilders and fitness people we must all admit we are lazy and want the quick fix. Unfortunately as Tudor says "If you fail to plan you plan to fail". This of course takes work.
The second reason that I publish Tudor's originals is the watered down versions of his writings that are starting to appear. I want the serious student of training to see the Master's words so there is no misunderstand.
