A bodybuilding Program that works
If you want a bodybuilding program that has never failed to get results check out the following 5-6 day per week program. It works each bodypart 2xs per week. Every bodybuilder who has ever used it has gotten reuslts. Below are just a few. Easily gain 10-20 kilos of muscle.

Drug Free Bodybuilding
This summer was another monumental point in the Thomas Story.
6 kilos more than last summer, with an obvious increase
in Muscle size and density.
Drug Free training: Yes you can!!!!!
There is so much talk about drug training these days in Norway that people seem to forget that it really is possible to get great gains without drugs. Thomas’s story is one of the best examples I have seen in my years of training bodybuilders.
With Thomas and the others we train at Lund we use the old tried and proven way to gain muscle size and weight, take it one step at a time.
Most guys don’t really think they can get bigger, so step one is gain the weight, that could be 5 kilos or 20 kilos depending on what your goal is. Once you have gained weight and see what you look like, then re-evaluate. You may be surprised and not be as fat as you thought you would be.
Once you have proven to yourself you “can” get bigger you can begin to revise your diet to either stay that size or go up or down.
This method of training works every time. See my other blogs for the programs and diets we use for these gains.
