add each workout. There is some much none sense put out in the magazines which all say the same thing " train to exhausion" which we all know scientifically is just not true. As bodybuilders and fitness people we must all admit we are lazy and want the quick fix. Unfortunately as Tudor says "If you fail to plan you plan to fail". This of course takes work.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The second reason that I publish Tudor's originals is the watered down versions of his writings that are starting to appear. My feeling is the main reason for this is that most athletes, coaches and bodybuilders have never tried it. The ones that have will attest to how great it works.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;For athletes it translates into "force per stroke" . even in sprinting the 100 meters their are around 70 steps, the one who fades last is the winning (muscle endurance).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In bodybuilding this phase is used during a period where the loss of weight from body fatis the goal. this phase forces the body to use fat as the energy sourse. The piece is from a applicant for the job of fitness coach for the team. Maybe Start can learn something from this view of the future?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"How big a part does a fitness coach play in today's game or have they always played an important role?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;The model we're starting to adopt in this country now is like those used in Southern Europe – the Italian model, the Spanish model and to a lesser extent the French model. Historically, the fitness role at a football club was often left to the physiotherapist. Over time clubs would bring in a running coach now and again, but that wasn't ideal because a footballer's fitness is different to that of a runner. Over the last fifteen to twenty years there has been an evolution within the game to adopt a more foreign approach and to have more specialist coaches in specialist areas of the training set-up. There is a much bigger emphasis on the physical preparation of footballers than ever before because of the number of games that players are involved in each season. For that reason virtually every Premier League club now has a fitness coach. Coaches don't just look at the training process nowadays, they look at the recovery process as well. At a club like United nothing can be left to chance. It's part of the manager's vision to leave no stone unturned and he fully recognises the importance of having a fitness coach. Thomas’s story is one of the best examples I have seen in my years of training bodybuilders.&lt;br /&gt;With Thomas and the others we train at Lund we use the old tried and proven way to gain muscle size and weight, take it one step at a time.&lt;br /&gt;Most guys don’t really think they can get bigger, so step one is gain the weight, that could be 5 kilos or 20 kilos depending on what your goal is. Once you have gained weight and see what you look like, then re-evaluate. You may be surprised and not be as fat as you thought you would be.&lt;br /&gt;Once you have proven to yourself you “can” get bigger you can begin to revise your diet to either stay that size or go up or down.&lt;br /&gt;This method of training works every time. Earlier this year it was much media attention about eating disorders among many female top athletes. It’s been some months now, and what has become of this media attention? My answer is: NOTHING! Another political storm where nobody said anything... it went away. Unfortunately we are now starting another fall of training with no answers for these female athletes because of the political infighting and media tension regarding the Olympics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=" ;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); "&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); "&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 51, 51); "&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-size:small;"&gt;In my opinion, this is why small business will become more involved in sports in Norway. The results showed that for 22kroner a day, female athlete could have a healthier life and more efficient sports career. This trickle downs to ever girl in sports in Norway. This, combines with the pressures put on the girls by the social pressures of having to be skinny and wear certain clothes has created a national crisis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 6pt"&gt;The top sports organizations will not endorse the use of protein and other suppiments even though Norway has virtually the strictest regulations in the world on these products.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 6pt"&gt;My feelings is simple. Girls cannot, in 2008 eat enough normal food to get the needed calories a day they need to be healthy and compete in sports. The simple answer is what "muscle heads" learned years ago. Eat the best you can and use protein powders and other suppliments to get the amount required daily.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 6pt"&gt;We shall see if the powers to be give in. Som student av Bompa og en lærer med hans materiale klarer jeg ikke forklare hvor spennende det var å tilbringe en uke med han i Sverige og Norge. Det er kun når man kan tilbringe så lang tid med en trener som Tudor, man virkelig kan verdsette hvor avanserte hans ideer er og hvor mye sports verden har å lære. Nå har jeg blogg materiale for flere år fremover.&lt;br /&gt;Tudor fikk også endelig møte Gro-Marit med hennes gull medalje og gav en fin forelesning for studentene på UiA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In english:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just finished , what I must say was one of the most exciting weeks of my life. As a student of Bompa and a teacher of his material I cannot even begin to explain how great it was to spend a week with him in Sweden and Norway. Only when you can spend long periods of time with a trainer like Tudor can you really appreciate how advanced his ideas are and how much the sports world has to learn. Siden kroppsbyggere her i Norge ikke er vandt med å trene hver kroppsdel 2 ganger i uken, starter jeg med dette programmet med basis bevegelser. Thomas var inne på kontoret mitt tidligere i uken og vi satt opp hans program for neste år. Nå som han er komfortabel og trygg på at det er mulig å øke i vekt, fokuserer vi neste år på bedre mage og større bryst. Here you will find the basic program I am using to start people training on 5 to 6 day programs. Since most bodybuilders here in Norway are not use to training each bodypart 2xs a week, thus I must stat this program from the basic movements. Thomas was in my office the other day and we are setting up his program for next year. Now, after he is comfortable in the fact it is possible to gain weight, this years program will focus on better abs and a larger chest. Det ser ut som om ting blir bedre og bedre. Som nevnt tidligere, når Tudor startet TBI, Tudor Bompa Institute, spurte han meg om å være direktør for Skandinavia. Jeg godtok selvsagt uten å blinke og har arbeidet i 2 år for å få alt organisert, få materiellet oversatt og forsøkt å funnet det perfekte systemet som passer her i Norge og resten av Skandinavia. Nå er jeg endelig i mål og starter i januar det første senteret i Norge for sertifisering. Jeg har et sted å undervise og et vektrom å demonstrere i. Kursene vil primært foregå i helgene og over internett.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Klassene vil starte i januar 2008. Things seem to be getting better and better. As I have said before when Tudor began TBI, Tudor Bompa Institute, he asked me to be the Director in Scandinavia. Of course I accepted immediately and have been working for 2 years now to get organized, get the material translated and try to perfect how the system will be done here in Norway and the rest of Scandinavia. Well, I am finally ready. &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Starting in January I will open the first actual center for certification in Norway. I will have a place to teach and a weight room to teach in.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The courses will run on weekends and through the internet.&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Classes will start in January 2008. Spørsmålet var, hvorfor blir teknikken dårligere? Er det pga dårlig aerobisk kondisjon eller er styrke en faktor? Når jeg trente det norske biatlon laget, ble det klart for meg at svakheter i stabiliserings musklene rundt scapula og beinene var hovedgrunnen til at teknikken falt. The question was, why does technique break down? Is it because of lack of aerobic conditioning or is there a strength factor involved. When I trained the Norwegian Biathlon team it was becoming clear to me that weakness in the stabilizer muscles of the  scapula and legs was a major cause of technique failure. Denne bloggen, i likhet med &lt;a href="http://www.styrketrener.no/" target="_blank"&gt;www.styrketrener.no&lt;/a&gt;, er dedikert til atleter som virkelig ønsker det beste og som vil se andre synspunkter på trening. Det som gjør denne siden ulik de andre siden er mine muligheter for å oppdatere den selv! Det er ikke som i gamle dager, takket være Google. Bloggen vil både være på norsk og engelsk. Jeg både prater og forstår norsk, så hvis du har noen kommentarer bruk gjerne norsk. Engelske biten er for mine venner og studenter i andre deler av verden som ønsker å få med seg hva jeg bråker og jamrer over. Du kan se under linker for å lese mer om meg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Som amerikaner i Norge i 10 år har jeg vært involvert i forskjellige sporter og fitness. Jeg har observert og erfart mange ting, og mye jeg ikke har vært enig i. Flere fortalte meg, når jeg uttrykte mine egne synspunkter, at det var kulturelle forskjeller fra Norge og USA og at jeg måtte være tålmodig. Det har jeg nå vært, men ingenting har endret seg! Ingen reiser seg opp og uttrykker meningene sine. Atleter er de samme her som i USA, og de ønsker å høre meninger og synspunkter som kan gjøre dem til bedre utøvere. Takk igjen til Google, vil denne siden være en måte for dere å få andre synspunkter på. Mitt syn basert på min erfaring selvsagt, og så er det opp til deg selv å avgjøre hvor du står.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Denne siden er for atletene, foreldrene og de få trenerne som virkelig ønsker seg det beste. De som har sanset at noe kan bli bedre, men ikke helt vet hva. Dette er noe jeg skal skrive om. "Janteloven" for eksempel, den vil aldri endre seg sa de. For noe tull! Grunnen til at den aldri endrer seg er fordi ingen har mot nok til å innse og stå opp å fortelle det til andre, spesielt unge jenter, hvor dum hele loven. Skam til de trenerne som ikke ser hva dette gjør med de unge og fremdeles ikke gjør noe med det. Det er psykologien i treningen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Kostholdet for unge mennesker er et godt eksempel. Både for atletene og mosjonistene som ønsker å trene og se bra ut. Det har vært så mye press om dette emnet i Norge de siste årene, og dette har påvirket spisevanene. Desverre har ikke dette presset ført til at andre tar steget og gir svaret til de som lurer på dette. Jeg klarer nesten ikke vente med å bringe dette emnet opp!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Sist men ikke minst, styrketrening eller trening med vekter som er mitt favorittfelt. For mange i Norge er dette et helt nytt felt. Når de største landene i verden bruker styrketrening og avanserte fitness programmer for å øke deres atleter prestasjoner og karrierelengde, ligger Norge langt etter grunnet manglende kvalifiserte trenere. De fleste lagsporter har ingen ide om hvordan å bruke styrketrening for å bedre prestasjonen til sine utøvere. Dette kommer jeg virkelig til å ta opp!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mange unge mennesker, jenter og gutter, ønsker ikke holde på med sport lengre men vil fremdeles trene og melder seg inn i treningsstudio på jakt etter en fin kropp. Dette skal jeg også dra opp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Det er det for i dag.
